Former Chicago Cub and Arizona Diamondback player and announcer Mark Grace has been indicted in Arizona on Four Aggravated DUI charges. If convicted on all counts he could face up to 3.75 years in prison. He is also charged with DUI, driving on a suspended license, and failure to have an interlock device installed in his vehicle per the terms of his previous DUI conviction in May 2011.
Grace was pulled over Aug 23 and was subsequently arrested for DUI and the other charges after blood tests registered his blood alcohol content at .095. It is possible that Grace can face less time if he pleads guilty to reduced charges. Either way he is likely to be spending a few nights in jail.
